1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to BizNest YYC, a local turnover and operations support service operating in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

2. Services

BizNest YYC provides monthly turnover and operations support services for short-term rental properties.
Services may include standard turnover cleaning, photo documentation, reporting, and maintenance coordination, as outlined in the agreed package.

BizNest YYC does not provide repair or handyman services unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Service Scope & Limitations

• Monthly packages include up to the number of turnovers specified in the agreed package.

• Additional services, extra turnovers, deep cleaning, emergency coordination, or work outside the standard scope may incur additional fees.

• All additional work requires owner approval whenever reasonably possible.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information

• Ensuring reasonable access to the property

• Prompt communication regarding approvals and decisions
  
  

5. Payments

Fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Maintenance & Third-Party Vendors

BizNest YYC may assist with reporting and coordination of maintenance issues but is not responsible for:

• Vendor performance

• Repair outcomes

• Costs charged by third-party service providers

All repair costs are the responsibility of the property owner.

7. Photo Documentation

Photo reports are provided for documentation purposes only and do not constitute a formal property inspection or guarantee of condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizNest YYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

BizNest YYC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the one (1) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice.
BizNest YYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or unsafe working conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

BizNest YYC may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and take effect upon posting.
